Hi the house is one level, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.... close to the Daisy Hill National Forest and Springwood Conservation Park ... fully electronically fenced but in a great safe area. Two minutes from the freeway onramp, then 20 minutes to the CBD, 1 1/2 hours to the Sunshine Coast, or 45 mins to the Gold Coast. Sydney is 1 hours flight and Melbourne is 2 hours. Lovely renovated family home for couples or a family travelling together. Heaps of room! We are open to any offers, and retired. We have a family of 4 booked in to exchange this year for Sept and Oct!! They are from Germany.

Allan and Lisa are retired and love travelling... we like to be away from home in Sept till March and as home the other months if possible. We also have a home in Los Angeles for exchange in Simi Valley in Ventura Country so keep that in mind. We have 2 sons, 22 and 26 living away from home. We can have a care taken in the home so that the exchangers can travel, she feeds the animals. The dog, cat and chickens! We love animals too. Looking forward to offers.
